COOL NEW TEES AGAINST FACTORY FARMING |
They were debuted on Auckland's Queen Street last week by a cast member from Go Girls, and now they are available online - SAFE's new ‘Say No to Factory Farming' tees.
The pig cruelty-busting Go Girls crew were wearing the t-shirts while helping to collect submissions from inner city shoppers. The Say No to Factory Farming design features hens and sows fleeing from a factory farm on ‘safe' wings. The farm is a symbolic building made up of motifs of chickens and pigs. "They are very bold and eye catching," says SAFE promotions manager Amanda Sorrenson. "Designers Nathalie Drujon and Rebekah Atkins were tasked with capturing both SAFE's LovePigs campaign and the Freedom for Hens campaign in one clever and stylish design. Supporters have responded very favourably to the designs, and they are selling fast." Visit the SAFE's Cruelty Free shop in St Kevin's Arcade on K Road in Auckland, or order online now.
