Coconut Chocolate Custard
Mix 1/4 C coconut cream with the custard powder and sugar. Bring to a simmer while stirring slowly, and then add rest of the coconut cream. Mix continuously with a whisk until thick and smooth.
Remove from heat and while still warm, add in chocolate chips. They will melt and create a marbled look.
Allow to cool. Add in banana, sultanas and sunflower seeds to taste. Serve immediately.

- 2 Tbsp custard powder
- 1Tbsp brown or raw sugar
- 1/4 C dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 banana, sliced
