Winners of kids’ art competition announced!

Judge Jono from TV3’s Jono and Ben show teamed up with SAFE to help choose two winning kids’ drawings.

The two winners, Ana Kelliher (age 9) from Auckland and Sienna Hopkins (age 9) from Christchurch, each received a prize pack from SAFE to thank them for their work.
The winning artwork – depicting animals in fortunate as well as sad situations – will be used on SAFE donation boxes placed in business premises around the country to raise much-needed funds to help animals.
Kiwi kids from the North and South Island submitted heart-felt designs with the intention of helping animals and their amazing efforts did not go unnoticed by judge Jono.  Jono was delighted to be chosen as judge and thought that both of the hand drawings he selected “got the message across beautifully”.

Thanks Jono for being involved in the project and for being tough enough to choose just two winners from the many great entries!
