Seitan Fried 'Chicken'

This recipe serves 2-3 people, but you can multiply the recipe easily to feed more!
First, we make the Seitan dough. If you don’t like seitan, you can follow the same recipe using cubes of tofu. If you use tofu, skip to step 7.

Tempeh 'Bacon'

Step 1: In a bowl, whisk liquid smoke, maple syrup, oil, and soy sauce.

Step 2: Very thinly slice the tempeh block, you’ll want to use a large sharp knife. Each slice should be about 2-3mm thick, this is so we can get the tempeh as crispy as possible.

Jackfruit Masala

In a bowl combine and tomato puree and all of the powdered spices and herbs. Add a little water and stir well to combine.
