Just can’t function without your morning flat white? Simply cannot live without cheese? Well we have great news for you! There has never been such a wide variety of dairy-free options available to suit all tastes and uses. Below are some tried and true dairy-free foods we love.

Milk

Oat, soy, almond, hemp, coconut, rice or cashew - there is a different plant milk option for every day of the week! The majority are fortified with vitamins and minerals, such as calcium and vitamin B12.

Cheese

Vegan mozzarella, parmesan, feta and cheddar – check out the chilled section of your local supermarket and discover the incredible selection available for your cheese fix!

Spreads

Olivani or Nuttelex make fantastic butter replacements. Coconut oil, tahini, avocado and nut butters are also great ways to swap out butter in cooking and baking.

Chocolate

Satisfy your sweet tooth with any number of decadent dairy-free chocolate varieties! Bennetto, as well as Whittaker’s and Trade Aid’s dark chocolate range, make a perfect treat or include them in baking.

Ice cream

Choosing kinder options isn't about missing out on your favourite treats! There is a wide range of dairy-free ice creams available, it's also super fun and easy to make at home!

Yoghurt
