Banana Ice Cream

Method:

In a blender, process bananas and soy milk until they are a soft-serve consistency. Add a little extra soy milk, if needed. Add vanilla essence, to taste.

Mix in chocolate chips and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

2 C bananas, sliced and frozen
1 C soy milk
1 C dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla essence
