Cashew Ice Cream
Method:
You can add flourish to this ice cream by adding cinnamon or dark chocolate chips before freezing.
In a food processor, process bananas until roughly chopped. Add cashew butter, salt, and syrup, and puree until smooth.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer until serving.
Ingredients:
- 3 C frozen, sliced bananas
- 1/2 C cashew butter
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/4-1/3 C pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla or almond extract
