Vegan hollandaise

Method:

  1. Soak the cashews either overnight in cold water or for 15 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!

1 cup of cashews

1 cup of water or plant milk

Juice of one lemon

¼ cup of nutritional yeast

½ tsp turmeric

1 tbsp dijon mustard

Pinch of cayenne pepper

½ tsp black salt
