Simple coconut yoghurt
Method:
- Empty one can of coconut milk or coconut cream into a clean jar or glass bowl (must be glass)
- Empty the contents of two probiotic capsules and stir with a wooden spoon (not metal)
- Cover with cheesecloth or clean T-shirt material, secure with a rubber band and leave it in a warm place for 24-48 hrs
- Tops with seeds, nuts, muesli or fruit and enjoy!
Optional additions:
Maple syrup
Fruit
Vanilla bean extract
Tip: The longer you leave it, the thicker and tangier it gets.
Tip: Works best with high-quality coconut milk/cream products that don’t separate when you open the can and have no added ingredients.
