Vegan herbed feta
Method:
- Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor, except the agar agar powder and the cup of water
- In a pan, stir the agar agar powder into the cup of water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Let it boil for one minute
- Pour the agar agar water into the blender with the other ingredients and blend quickly (before it sets)
- Quickly pour the mixture into an oiled loaf tin and smooth with the back of a spoon, then leave in the fridge to set
- Turn out onto a wooden board and cut into cubes, then roll the cubes in the dried herbs and enjoy!

I cup cashews
220g firm tofu
Juice of 2 lemons
¼ water
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp white vinegar
2 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup water
1 tbsp agar agar powder
2 tsp of dried herbs
