Pumpkin & Sage Savoury Muffins
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients until well combined. Add sage. Add the pumpkin puree, olive oil and vinegar and stir well. Do not over mix the dough.
Scoop it into a prepared muffin tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 C whole wheat flour
1⁄2 C oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1⁄4 C sage, chopped
2 C pumpkin puree (steamed and blended pumpkin)
1⁄4 C olive oil
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
