Vegan hollandaise
Method:
- Soak the cashews either overnight in cold water or for 15 minutes in boiling water.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Juice of one lemon
¼ cup of nutritional yeast
½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
