Cashew Nut Gravy
Method:
Set aside 1 C of hot water. Put all the other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 5 minutes, then add remaining water.
Pour into a pan and heat until thickened.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
- 2 C hot water
- 1/2 C cashews
- 2 Tbsp Braggs (or soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp nutritional food yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
