Fruity oat cookies
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the flax seed to water, oil and milk. Blend together and then add to dry ingredients. Fold together to resemble a dough.
Using a tablespoon, drop onto cookie sheets and bake for 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup flour
1 3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup dried pineapple, raisins and/or dates
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
6 Tbsp water
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup nut milk
