Ethiopian Tomato Salad
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients together. Add salt to taste. Serve chilled.
Ingredients:
- 3 vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1/2 jalapeno, chopped
- 1/2 C red onion, finely sliced
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
