Cranberry and peanut butter granola

Method:

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In an ovenproof dish, add all the dry ingredients together and mix well.

Next add your syrup and nut butter, mixing again until well combined.

Bake for 20 mins.

Remove to stir the granola. Place back in the oven for another 6-7minutes, or until golden brown. Let the granola cool before transferring to a jar or container.

Serve with fruit or plant based milk or yogurt.

Ingredients:

(Serves 6)

4 cups rolled oats

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup date syrup

1/4 cup  peanut butter
