Vegan herbed feta

Method:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor, except the agar agar powder and the cup of water
  2. In a pan, stir the agar agar powder into the cup of water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Let it boil for one minute
  3. Pour the agar agar water into the blender with the other ingredients and blend quickly (before it sets)
  4. Quickly pour the mixture into an oiled loaf tin and smooth with the back of a spoon, then leave in the fridge to set
  5. Turn out onto a wooden board and cut into cubes, then roll the cubes in the dried herbs and enjoy!

Ingredients:

I cup cashews

220g firm tofu

Juice of 2 lemons

¼ water

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

1 Tbsp white vinegar

2 ½ tsp salt

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup water

1 tbsp agar agar powder

2 tsp of dried herbs
