Spicy Roasted Pumpkin
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Place pumpkin in a roasting pan and sprinkle with seasonings.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss until the pumpkin is well coated.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender and caramelised.
- 800g butternut pumpkin, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Sea salt
- Ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
